Sikkim black tea is grown without the use of pesticides at the foothills of the Himalayas. A handpicked, autumnal flush black tea combining complex muscatel flavours with distinct fruity tones. The perfect afternoon tea.

Grade: F.T.G.F.O.P- 1 clonal (Fine tippy golden flowery orange pekoe)
Appearance: Brown and green leaves with an abundance of silver and golden tips
Production Method: Orthodox
Use 1 tsp per cup. Use fresh water just off the boil and infuse for 1.5 to 2 mins. Best drunk without milk, although we recommend increasing the infusion time if you wish to do so.
